Hi, I’m Clodagh a business coach, ADHD advocate, and resilience enthusiast with over 12 years of experience helping business owners and executives achieve their professional and personal goals. But my journey hasn’t always been smooth sailing. At 35, I was diagnosed with ADHD after years of battling focus issues, disorganisation, and self-doubt—even fearing I had a brain tumour. Fortunately it was an ADHD diagnosis that marked the start of a 16-year journey of self-discovery, where I learned to embrace my neuro-diversity and transform my challenges into strengths. Today, I’m passionate about helping others do the same. As someone who’s walked the path—from being labeled “lazy” in 1980s Ireland to thriving in senior roles at global companies like Dell, Sony Australia, and HubSpot over 20 years. I understand the unique struggles and strengths of the ADHD brain. My coaching philosophy is rooted in resilience, adaptability, and self-awareness, and I specialise in helping entrepreneurs and professionals with ADHD unlock their potential, build effective systems, leverage AI, incorporating physical movement and turn their neuro-diversity into their strength. When I am not coaching & consulting I like to Powerlift and have a World and National Record that I won in my 40's. In my spare time you will find me in the West of Ireland building my wellness retreat - Isleen Cottage.
